Tikki ingredients

1tsp salt 
3 tbsp cornflour
2 to 3 tbsp green coriander
1 tsp Ghee
5 tbsp oil

Whisked curd ingredients

1 tsp sugar
1 cup Thick Curd

Spicy green chutney

2 teaspoon cumin powder
11/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 inch ginger
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Pinch Black salt
1 cup chili

Take 1 cup of water to add in cooker then boil 7 Potatoes In cooker For 20 Minutes at low flame


While making Alu Chaat recipe take boiled 7 potatoes Add-In Bowl, Then Peel one by one boiled potatoes.


Then Add One by one ingredient on bowl First add pealed Boil potatoes and 2 to 3 tbsp finely chopped green coriander.


Then Take 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp salt, and 3 tbsp cornflour,


Now grate potatoes and ingredients smooth for dough.  This helps reduce the moisture of potatoes and mixture binds well and it gets apt crispiness


Mix everything really well and prepare it starting forming dough then add 1 teaspoon ghee and mix it nicely till the dough is ready


Grease your hand with some oil and pinch medium size dough to add in plate

Make it round ball add in another plate


Pour 4 to 5 tablespoon oil on the pan Heat for 2 Minutes at the medium-low flame.


Then flatten slightly with hand Preheat a pan for roasting the tikka at medium flame, 
Eventually, Place the Tikki on the pan
Remember, Tikki Shouldn't Deep fry The timing to roast Tikki in the pan is 7 to 8 minutes at one side until it turns a golden brown for beneath.
Then Place another side of Tikki and roast for 8 minutes until it turned golden brown each side.

Whisked curd for aloo chat recipe

Take a whisked curd and place in sieve used to strain the soup and excess water drained out from the curd to bowl kept below. 
In this, we got 1 cup Thick curd and then add 1 tsp sugar in it and mix well. So whisked curd is ready to the server with aloo chaat.

Preparing spicy green coriander chutney

2 teaspoon cumin powder
11/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 inch ginger
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Pinch Black salt
1 cup chili

Take a mixer grinder to add 2 teaspoon cumin powder, fresh coriander, ginger, lemon juice, black salt, Green chili, Nicely grind with mixer Then pour in a bowl and your Spicy coriander chutney is ready for serving with Tikki.

You can also use bread crumbs or arrowroot while it reduces the moisture of potatoes and mixture binds well and it gets crispness for eat.
