  • More you make puri dought thin your puri will not be soggy for a long time.
  • Rava should be Small it will make dought easy to fry.
  • To making puri 1 cup of rava is enough to make 90 to 80 puri.

Method For making Pani Puri: 

Spicy Pani:


  • Wash Coriander leaves and Mint leaves nicely add in Mixer For Blending.
  • Add Ginger, Black Salt, and Green Chilli one by one then add Salt, Lemon, and Cumin Powder.
  • Then Blend into a fine paste
  • Transfer in a Clean bowl of a fine paste of green chutney.
  • Add 1 cup of water and puri masala.
  • Mix it nicely with a fork, As spicy and taste Tikha Pani puri is ready.

Making Puri:

  • Take Semolina / Rava, Flour / Maida, Oil.
  • Add Semolina in plate smash with hand till it dough come.
  • Make the plain dough and cut it through a Plastic jar or small steel bowl.
  • Heat up a pan on a medium flame.
  • Add One by one cut dough in the pan.
  • Cook it for a 1 minute then transfer in the plate.
