2. Transfer In Plate or Clean Surface. Then pat and form the round shape of the dough. cut the pie dough into half dought One for adding in a plate and one for filling apple
3. Keep dough at least 30 minutes In the refrigerator 
4. Remove dough from refrigerator keep it for chilled then remove one half of dough make it roll it should 1/8 inch of thickness. Then transfer it on the 9-inch glass pan If you are worried about dough will sticky in the pan then put flour 3-4 pinch flour or add butter 1 teaspoon butter 
5. You can also use fork or toothpick to poke it could bake evenly. 
6. Then add apple mixture in 9-inch glass pan of dough
7. Take a dough which had half cut rolling the same process. then cut with a pizza cutter or knife dough into strips of about 1/2 inch width
8. seal the pie for excess crust
9. Then Brush with egg wash and butter
11. Bake it in the oven at 50-60 minutes 390 degree / 200 °C Celsius 
12. Then cut 1/4 of apple pie server it hot.
13. Cutted 1/4 apple pie add Ice cream and some chocolate sauce (optional)
